You will be able to see which category this vehicle falls into by the Window Leaflet with information regarding the vehicle.
Also Stickers which will be attached to the Windscreen Internally & Externally of the vehicle and also the driver's Door Mirror.
Red stickers identify vehicles that are non-runners, MOT failures, project cars, or scrap vehicles.
Amber stickers are affixed to unprepared, unwarranted vehicles - available at a reduced price of up to 45% below Auto Traders Retail Valuations.
Green stickers are exclusively reserved for fully prepared, fully warranted vehicles, which can be purchased through our sister company, EPD Cars at the other side of our pitch next to the cabin.
When it comes to inspecting a potential purchase, EPD Auctions willingly supports and encourages thorough evaluations of any of our vehicles. We recommend that you bring along a mechanic or someone knowledgeable about vehicle mechanics to assist in the assessment. Test Drives are Welcome permitting you meet our insurance criteria. Red Sticker vehicles will be not taken on the road under any circumstance. Please note any more than 2+ Vehicle Test Drives will be subject to a charge of £10+vat per vehicle after the initial 2. Additionally, we permit inspections by external organizations such as the AA or RAC and offer this through a special feature known as 'The Auction Pause,' allowing the holding of a vehicle without meeting the reserve for a predetermined duration, at a fixed price of £50 per day for a maximum of 3 Days to allow any check-over of the vehicle.

- All vehicles are sold on a trade basis and are strictly sold as seen with a red or amber sticker. It's essential for buyers to carefully inspect all vehicles before purchasing, as they are sold with no guarantee or warranty implied.
- ID Will be required with only a Valid Driving License or UK Passport.
- Upon each purchase, buyers will be required to read and sign a Trade Sale Invoice Agreement, as this is standard practice for all trade sales.
- We do not provide any guarantee for the mileage on our vehicles. While an odometer reading is taken on the day of sale, buyers are responsible for conducting their own mileage and history checks.
- Buyers are welcome to view our vehicles during our regular opening hours and make purchases within the same time frame or alternatively arrange an appointment out of hours.
- In the event that multiple buyers express interest in a single vehicle simultaneously, we will offer the sale to the highest paying buyer.
- Please note that we are unable to provide vehicle descriptions or details of service history/paperwork over the phone unless stated. All assessments should be made by the buyer upon personally viewing the vehicle at EPD Auctions.
- We do not accept deposits or holding fees for vehicles - only the Auction Pause system.
- It's important to consider that implied terms such as satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose do not apply to any transaction at our auctions. All vehicles are sold as seen without trial, guarantee, or warranty of any kind.
- To fulfil the purchase, all vehicles must be physically viewed by the buyer.
- We do not retain any vehicle paperwork. Any available paperwork will be kept for viewing and will be included with the sale.
- Amber & Red Vehicles are listed at below retail figures our current highest is below 28%. These vehicles will need either mechanical or cosmetic prep. Please do not mix these up with our Green Labelled vehicles which are for Sale at Full Price and are Retail ready.
